By introducing myself, I'm Heleen - more as Ann Heleen Elisabeth, but shorter is better, honestly. I'm 19, an Estonian and I come from Tartu Country, Estonia, and the idea of a makeup blog came to me because I've always liked blogging and I've been crazy for the last few months for any makeup product I like. Bank account not so much! YIKES.
